My name is Nicole, I qualified as a hypnotherapist in 2014 and then went on to gain an Advanced Diploma in Psychotherapuetic Counselling. As soon as I started learning about hypnotherapy, I was hooked! I loved seeing the positive effects hypnotherapy had on my clients and how they were able to change their lives for the better.
Being able to combine hypnotherapy with counselling skills and mindfulness techniques enables me to treat each client holistically and tailor sessions to meet their individual needs. It is very rewarding to hear from my clients that they have been freed from a life-limiting anxiety disorder, or been able to overcome phobias that that had affected them for years.
More recently I undertook training in Rewind Therapy, which is a specialised treatment for PTSD and have been able to help liberate clients whose lives have been affected by traumatic experiences.
"Becoming a counsellor and hypnotherapist has not only taken my career in a wonderful new direction, but has also brought enormous personal benefits. I am more positive, calmer and self-confident and I feel better equipped to deal with problems head-on.
Like many other people, I have suffered with anxiety and depression in the past, and I have been able to manage these problems successfully with hypnotherapy. I am very enthusiastic about the positive benefits counselling and hypnotherapy can bring and I love seeing people making long-lasting positive change with the help of hypnotherapy and counselling."
I will give you a safe and confidential space to explore your issues. I work in a person-centred and holistic way, which means I take the time to find out from you what is causing you difficulties, and work with you to find the solution that will really work for you. I incorporate many different theories into my practice, because there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Together, we will tailor a treatment plan to develop coping strategies and make the positive changes you want in your life.
