Maybe you don't yet feel ready for 1:1 therapy, or simply want to try hypnotherapy out. We have a range of professionally-formulated hypnotherapy sessions for you to use in the comfort of your own home.

Our sessions cover a range of different topics, so you are sure to find something to meet your needs.

How to use MindMatters audio hypnotherapy sessions

To achieve the best results while using our audio hypnotherapy sessions, please follow the guidelines below:

  1. We recommend listening to our audio therapies every day for the first week, then as often as you find useful after that.

  2. This is your time: try to ensure that you will not be disturbed or distracted during your session.

  3. Make sure you are comfortable before you start the session: ensure you don’t need to use the toilet; find a quiet place where you can relax; make sure you are warm enough.

  4. It is preferable not to consume any caffeinated drinks or alcohol before using our sessions.

  5. Try to leave 2-3 hours after exercising before listening to the session

There is no right or wrong response to listening to these audios. Some people fall asleep, others remain awake and aware of every word; others may drift in and out of awareness. However you experience it, the therapy will continue to be effective.
