The focus is on calming performance anxiety, strengthening mental resilience and supporting confidence in your preparation.

 

It can be used alongside physical training to support a balanced mind‑body approach.

 

Created by an accredited psychotherapeutic counsellor and hypnotherapist, trained in EMDR, Sports Psychology  and trauma-informed practice.
