Stepping Stones  provides therapy services and digital self-help resources, including downloadable self-hypnosis recordings, online courses and wellbeing materials.

All products and services are subject to availability and may be modified or withdrawn without notice.

3. Digital Downloads

All downloadable recordings and self-help materials are supplied electronically.

Upon successful payment, customers will receive access to the purchased digital content.

No physical product will be shipped.

Digital products are supplied for the personal use of the purchaser only and must not be copied, shared, distributed, sold, or made available to third parties without prior written permission.

4. Prices and Payment

All prices are displayed in Pounds Sterling (£).

Payment must be received in full before access to digital downloads or services is provided.

We reserve the right to change prices at any time, although any changes will not affect purchases already completed.

5. Refunds and Cancellations

Due to the nature of digital products, refunds cannot normally be provided once digital content has been purchased and accessed.

By purchasing a digital download, you acknowledge that access to the digital content may be made available immediately following purchase.

If you experience technical difficulties accessing your purchase, please contact us and we will make reasonable efforts to resolve the issue.

If a purchased file is faulty, corrupted, or inaccessible and the issue cannot be resolved, a refund may be offered at our discretion.
