How do we work?

We use a combination of counselling, mindfulness and hypnotherapy to give you effective coping strategies to manage your anxiety and to change the way you react to stressful or anxiety-provoking situations. We work with you to formulate an individual treatment plan suited to your needs.

We offer face to face sessions in our comfortable therapy room based in Finchley N3

However, we understand that some people prefer to access therapy from the comfort of their own home and so we also offer online therapy sessions. Hypnotherapy works very well online and is as effective as seeing someone face to face.
