We will not disclose users’ information to third parties unless legally bound to do, for example there is an identified risk to the client and/or others. We will process your personal data for the purposes of maintaining my client list and contacting you in future. Data collected by this site is used to:

In order to ensure continued best practice, therapists receive regular clinical supervision of their work with clients.  During supervision it may be necessary to review your therapy but any reference that could allow you to be identified is removed.

 

You have a right to request to see any data that we hold on you. The request must be in writing, and you must allow 20 working for a response to this request.

If you choose to correspond with us through email or text, we may retain the content of your email messages together with your email address or phone number and our responses. We provide the same protections for these electronic communications that are employed in the maintenance of information received online, mail and telephone.
